Flanzbaum, Cohen & Raia represents small and medium sized closely-held companies. Our services cover the formation or purchase of the business through the dissolution of the business. We negotiate and prepare agreements with third parties, such as leases, contracts, and joint ventures. We also assist clients in negotiations with banks, commercial lenders and state and federal agencies.
Flanzbaum, Cohen & Raia advises clients on in-house corporate matters and prepare internal business documents, including employment contracts and partnership, operating and shareholder agreements. In addition, we prepare the governing documents, annual minutes and required State filings necessary to maintain the corporate entity.
