We negotiate and prepare agreements with third parties, such as leases, contracts, and joint ventures. We also assist clients in negotiations with banks, commercial lenders and state and federal agencies.
Flanzbaum, Cohen & Raia advises clients on corporate matters and prepares internal business documents, including partnership, operating and shareholder agreements. In addition, we prepare governing documents, resolutions and required State filings necessary to maintain the corporate entity.
