Founder and second President of Temple Har Shalom, Warren; President of Jewish Federation of Central Jersey (now merged with Jewish Federation of Greater Metro West); Chair of the New Jersey Regional Advisory of the Anti Defamation League; Chair of the New Jersey Advisory Counsil on Holocaust Edication (1982-92)(appointed by Gov. Thos. Keane); Founding Chair (and now Chair Emeritus) of the New Jersey Commission on the Holocaust and Genocide.
